Late Arrival Policy
Clients are asked to arrive to their appointments before or at their scheduled appointment time. A grace period of 5 minutes will be permitted. If you arrive after 5 minutes, you will be rescheduled.
No Show / Cancellation Policy
A “No Show” is a client who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing a 24 hour cancellation notice. Every client is given a 5 minute gravce period. If unable to get ahold of the client to reschedule it will be considered a “no show”. If you “no show” two times, you will have to leave a non-refundable 50% deposit before your appointment. Clients will receive reminder texts or emails of their upcoming appointment. It will offer the opportunity to either confirm or reschedule.
